Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Corona, CA. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator with Lathes and Mills or similar role.
- Strong understanding of machinery and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
You should be proficient in:
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Material Handler Experience
- Deburring Experience
- Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
- Packaging Experience
- Blueprint Reading
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
- CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
- Press Brake
