Job Title: Physical Therapist / Performance PT (1:1 Care | Active Adults & Athletes)

Location: Bellevue, WA

Schedule: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week) transitioning to Full-Time upon clinic facility expansion

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $50 - $55/hr (commensurate with experience)
• Full-Time Transition Package: Unlocks full base salary ($90k–$102k+), 26 paid days off (including 4 Quarterly Recharge Days), a monthly healthcare stipend upon expansion to our new standalone clinic, as well as tiered monthly visit bonus ($500-$2000/mo).
• Annual KPI & Merit Raises: Permanent base salary increases awarded annually for clinical excellence, patient retention, and community engagement.
• CEU Allowance: $1250 (PT) /$2500 (FT) annual stipend plus paid time off specifically for approved courses.
• Full Coverage: State license fees, APTA dues, and malpractice insurance fully covered.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-touch, 1:1 physical therapy and performance training.
• Manage complete plans of care, post-eval follow-ups, and patient retention.
• Utilize daily admin blocks to keep PTEverywhere documentation up-to-date.
• Engage our community through "Meet-the-Doc" sessions, workshops, and local sports/gym partnerships.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Washington State.
• Passion for 1:1 performance-based rehabilitation and community engagement.
• Strong communication skills and alignment with our core values.
• Dry Needling & Spinal Manipulation endorsements preferred.
