What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to surgical patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care in a supportive setting.


Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a medical-surgical or orthopedic unit
• Current AHA BLS and NIH Certification; ACLS certification preferred
• Strong clinical evaluation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with surgical procedures and orthopedic patient care
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice
• Prior experience in a similar hospital or clinical setting

Other Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of recent inpatient surgical nursing experience
• Schedule: 1900-0730 shifts with varying days; 13-week assignment
• Not available for local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
