Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU/IMCU) Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 18, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Progressive Care Unit assignment with patient ratios of 1:3-4

Highlights:

• 28-bed hybrid Progressive Care Unit combining stepdown and telemetry capabilities
• Cardiac-focused patient population including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery patients, and chest pain protocols
• Experience managing cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
• Opportunity to care for varied acuity levels within the same unit, including telemetry patients
• Med/surg patient population in a progressive care environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar-sized facility required

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of progressive care, stepdown, or cardiac telemetry experience in a comparable facility
• Demonstrated competency with cardiac monitoring and vasoactive drip management
• Professional badge photo and complete demographic documentation required for credentialing
