Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: $52.00/hour (local rate)
• Travel pay rate: Hourly: $27, Weekly per diem: $1,200, Weekly gross total: $2,280

What You’ll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical wards.
• Operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively during treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access sites; respond to changes in patient condition.
• Manage all vascular access types, including AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during all procedures.
• Function independently in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care.

What You Need

• Required:

  • Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
  • Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
  • Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
  • Ability to independently perform dialysis treatments and respond to patient needs

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
