We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Qualifications:Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per yearAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in Hayward, CA.Our office is open Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sat. 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.I am a second generation State Farm agent.We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.Additional languages spoken: SpanishWe Look Forward To Speaking With You!State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
