Job Description
ProTrade is looking for skilled Pipe Fitters with strong copper experience to join our team on HVAC and mechanical projects. If you're comfortable with brazing, soldering, and ProPress work, and know your way around a variety of pipe materials, we want to hear from you. Experienced plumbers with strong copper backgrounds are encouraged to apply as well.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate and install copper piping systems, including brazing, soldering, and ProPress connections
- Install copper drain lines
- Work with chilled water and hot water piping systems
- Fit and install stainless steel and high carbon pipe
- Work with screw pipe as needed
- Read and follow mechanical plans and specifications
- Ensure all work meets code and quality standards
What You Bring
- Experience with copper brazing, soldering, and ProPress systems
- Background in HVAC/mechanical pipe fitting
- Experience with chill water, hot water, stainless, and high carbon pipe a plus
- Plumbing background with strong copper experience also welcome
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
