Project Scope: We are seeking an experienced Systems Software Programmer – Consultant with strong expertise in VB.NET, SQL, state government tax systems, and enterprise application development. The consultant will serve as a senior developer and technical advisor, providing technical guidance, development support, troubleshooting, and application enhancement recommendations.
