Job Description

We are hiring a Social Worker for one of our clients in West Trenton, NJ .

Job Description:

Be a member of multidisciplinary team,
Perform case management duties.
Writing weekly/monthly notes, communicating with patients’ families, participating in treatment planning.

Skills required:

Minimum LSW.
Case management.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in social work.

Work hours:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Lunch (unpaid): 12:00 -1:00
Duration: 8 months with possible extension
Pay Rate:$35.35
