What You'll Need
Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Washington State SLP license
At least one year of clinical experience
Current BLS certification from AHA
Be a licensed driver with a reliable and insurance vehicle
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Provide skilled, evidence-based therapy in the home setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Document effectively and contribute to the overall Plan of Care
Participate in and contribute to Interdisciplinary Group meetings
