Rehabilitation & Vocational Counsellor

Altius Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to identify risk factors affecting return-to-work and to develop practical strategies for injured workers. You will deliver holistic assessments, initial needs assessments, workplace and vocational assessments, and coordinate with employers and medical professionals. You will provide vocational counselling, wellbeing programs, and upskilling opportunities, while maintaining case management under the WorkCover scheme and supporting clients #J-18808-Ljbffr Altius Group
