Position Overview
- Clinical Academic Interventional Cardiology role open to all experience levels, with faculty appointment at Assistant, Associate, or full Professor rank
- Relaxed call schedule supported by attending physicians, scribes, and dedicated support staff
- Flexibility to align the role with your clinical interests, research goals, or teaching focus
- Collaborative team spanning cardiac surgery, radiology, and vascular medicine
Clinical and Academic Highlights
- 1,100 to 1,200 PCI procedures and 200 TAVR cases annually
- Resident and fellow mentorship opportunities across select training locations
- Subspecialty research available with university support; participation optional
- Program performing techniques and procedures not available elsewhere in West Virginia
Compensation & Benefits
- Income potential exceeding $800,000 with RVU incentives and compensation structured to MGMA benchmarks

Candidate Profile
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Interventional Cardiology
- Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in West Virginia
