Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for school-based practice (CCC or eligible CFY)
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and reliable with a passion for serving diverse student needs
• Comfortable with onsite services (no virtual/VOCO assignments at this time)

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with IEPs and district policy
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine student needs, regularly documenting progress and sharing results with educational teams and families
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to integrate speech and language goals in the classroom setting
• Develop engaging, individualized therapy plans that promote positive learning outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
