Job Summary andMission

This positioncontributes to thesuccess of Great Life Distributors, Inc.(Great Life) byproviding remarkable customer service to allcustomers.This job creates the Great Life Experience for ourcustomers by providing customers with prompt service, qualityproducts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable storeenvironment. Associate will model and act in accordance withGreat Life guiding principles.

Withthisposition, you will be assisting customers with theircrystal and stone wearables and home decor selection. You willidentify matching products to suggest to our customers. Youwill have the opportunity to earn both an hourly rate andcommission based on your sales.

Summary of KeyResponsibilities

• Acts withintegrity,honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values andmission of Great Life Distributors, Inc.
• Maintains a calmdemeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keepstoreoperating to standard and to set a positive examplefor the shift team.
• Anticipatescustomerand store needs by constantly evaluating the environmentand customers for cues.
• Communicatesinformation to the team leader so that the team can respond, asnecessary.
• Assists with newassociate training by positively reinforcing successfulperformance andgiving respectful and encouraging coachingas needed.
• Contributes topositive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes inassociatemorale and performance and communicating them tothe store manager.
• Delivers remarkablecustomer service to all customers.
• Follows GreatLifeDistributors, Inc. operational policies and procedures,includingthose for cash handling and safety and security,to ensure the safety ofall associates during eachshift.
• Maintains acleanand organized display for customers to viewproduct.
• Receive productshipments that may involve lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Adhere to ourstandard dress code.
• Guide customersthrough a selection of gourmet chocolates, fudge, and other foodproductsat stores or trade shows.
• Follows health, safety, andsanitation guidelines for all products.
• Recognizes andreinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existingorganizational methods.
• Maintainsregularand punctual attendance.
• Meeting andexceeding sales and service goals.

Requirements

• No previousexperience required
• Previous high-volumesales experience preferred.

BasicQualifications

• Maintain regularandconsistent attendance and punctuality, with or withoutreasonableaccommodation.
• Available toworkflexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings,weekends,nights and/or holidays.
• Meet storeoperatingpolicies and standards, including providing products, cashhandling and store safety and security, with orwithoutreasonableaccommodation.

• Ability to lift30lbs.
• Available toperforma variety of tasks within the store during eachshift
