Nurse Practitioner, Adult & Gerontology-Flexible Telehealth

CommuniCare Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner, Adult and/or Gerontology, to deliver quality care at Wyant Woods and Greenbriar Healthcare Centers in Ohio. The NP will work with seniors, assessing and managing their health in a person-centered manner. This role offers competitive wages, PTO, flexible benefits, and no weekends or holiday coverage.
