As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their entire visit. Requirements

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software is required.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on superior customer service.
Professionalism: A pleasant, welcoming disposition and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively without compromising accuracy.
Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.

Job Description

Patient Coordination: Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure all intake forms are completed accurately.
Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize the daily appointment schedule using Dentrix software to ensure efficient patient flow.
Communication: Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to patient inquiries, and handle office correspondence with professionalism.
Insurance & Billing: Verify dental insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and process patient payments and co-pays.
Record Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic patient files while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.
Administrative Support: Assist the office manager and clinical team with various tasks to maintain a productive office environment.

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Direct shift with no scheduled lunch break)
Friday – Sunday: Closed
