Dental Assistant

Role: Dental Assistant responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, supporting dental procedures, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Duties Provide excellent customer service with a friendly chair-side manner. Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures, take radiographs, and prepare equipment. Review patient charts, document health history, and transcribe notes accurately. Maintain sterilization, cleanliness, and organization of the operatory. Educate patients, address concerns, and promote services and products. Support scheduling, lab coordination, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control policies. Complete required training and certifications, including radiography and CPR. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; radiography certification required. Experience in a patient-facing environment preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication abilities.
