Overview RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) to join our Dentistry Department at Jersey City Medical Center. This is a part-time leadership role (20 hours/week) that combines clinical excellence, resident education, and program development in an academic, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities As Clinical Director, you will provide direct supervision and mentorship to OMS residents across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care settings, guiding surgical management, trauma care, and academic development. You will lead didactic and hands-on training, contribute to curriculum advancement, and collaborate with program leadership to ensure the highest standards of patient care, education, and compliance. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position for 20 hours per week is $110 per hour.
