Estamos en bsqueda de un/a Representante de Viajes y Servicio al Cliente para apoyar a nuestros clientes en cada etapa de su experiencia de viaje, desde la planificacin inicial hasta el seguimiento posterior al viaje.
Este es un puesto completamente remoto ideal para alguien organizado/a, comunicativo/a y cmodo/a brindando un servicio profesional y atento. Se proporciona capacitacin completa desde el primer da. No se requiere experiencia previa en la industria de viajes.
Lo Que Hars
- Atender consultas de clientes de manera profesional por telfono, correo electrnico y plataformas de mensajera
- Gestionar reservas, cambios de itinerario, cancelaciones y solicitudes especiales
- Brindar informacin precisa sobre destinos, requisitos de viaje y polticas de la agencia
- Dar seguimiento a los clientes antes y despus de su viaje para confirmar detalles y satisfaccin
- Resolver inquietudes de clientes con profesionalismo y un enfoque orientado a soluciones
- Mantener registros de clientes y reservas precisos y actualizados

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin e interpersonales
- Actitud amable y profesional con gran atencin al detalle
- Cmodo/a aprendiendo y utilizando plataformas de reservas y herramientas digitales
- Automotivado/a, organizado/a y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente
- Confianza en el uso de computadoras, correo electrnico y herramientas en lnea
- Experiencia previa en viajes, hotelera, ventas o servicio al cliente es una ventaja no es requisito
- Debe ser ciudadano/a o contar con autorizacin de trabajo en EE.UU., Reino Unido, Australia, Mxico, Espaa o Latinoamrica
