The Role

We’re seeking a hands‑on safety leader with 1–3 years of construction safety experience—preferably in heavy civil or industrial environments (highways, water/wastewater, industrial facilities)—to support multiple projects across Pennsylvania and New Jersey . Your focus: field inspections , authoring and improving procedures , and implementing on‑site safety solutions with project teams.

How You’ll Contribute

• Lead routine and ad‑hoc field safety inspections across PA/NJ.
• Develop, revise, and standardize safety procedures and protocols.
• Offer clear recommendations in owner meetings and insurance reviews.
• Engage in safety committees and partner with operations to execute solutions.
• Resolve on‑site issues immediately while fostering strong crew relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction safety management experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of OSHA rules and their application in the field.
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit safety procedures.
• Comfortable performing field inspections and advising teams.
• Ability to travel locally across Southeastern PA & NJ .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel .
• Plus: capability to read construction drawings/specifications .

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience teaching internal safety courses .
• Confidence communicating with owner representatives .
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and sites .
• A positive, proactive mindset toward problem solving.
