Plans, organizes, and delivers physical therapy programs that help patients recover and improve their mobility.
Relieves pain, increases strength, and prevents deformities.
Documents patient information for evaluation.
Educates patients and their family members about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to continue at home.
Demonstrates documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meets all regulatory requirements.
Analyzes and records the therapeutic progress of patients; recommends necessary adjustments.
Follows guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures in the therapy process.
