These are high-ownership, hands-on roles for engineers who want to be close to the code and architecture.Location: San Francisco (onsite) / some roles are NYC or USA (remote)What We're Looking For:8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of end-to-end ownershipAI-forward mindset, you build with and on top of AI as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthoughtFull-stack capability with comfort owning architecture, infrastructure, and deploymentExperience shipping production systems at scale with real users and real stakesStrong technical instincts, you push for simpler designs, good observability, and strong engineering cultureComfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in early-stage environmentsAbout the Roles:End-to-end ownership across product, infra, and architectureWork directly with founders and small teams, no layers, no bureaucracyShip fast, iterate, and have a real say in technical directionBuild AI-native features, integrations, and systems from the ground upA note: several of these teams are specifically looking for engineering leaders who want to return to being hands-on individual contributors.
