Part-Time Program Analyst

We are looking for a talented Part‑Time Program Analyst to support our programs and operations staff. Responsibilities Manage program data supporting various recycling programs in the states of PA, NJ, MD. Conduct complex analysis to ensure data fully transmits between host systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any variances. Validate data for invoicing and reconciliation purposes. Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with contract terms and professional presentation. Conduct research when applicable. Attend staff meetings, goal setting, compliance, and at times function as a team lead. Assist with event location coordination and promotion. Complete special projects. Qualifications 5–8 years of relevant industry experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations, if applicable.
