Pay Range: 2382.60 - 2501.73
Schedule: Predominately 3, 12's; 8's or 10's may be considered; start times vary; flexible based on department needs; 1 24-hour weekend call shift per month from 7am-7am; 2 additional overnight call shifts per month from 11pm-7am; holiday call rotation with 24-hour coverage from 7am-7am
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required for inpatient and outpatient PACU and the Surgery Center; BLS required for the Anesthesia Clinic; must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips; must be flexible and stay until cases are completed; copy of candidate's unexpired driver's license required at submission; licensing hits must be disclosed at submission
Responsibilities:

• Provide recovery care for patients in inpatient and outpatient PACU areas, the Surgery Center, and the Anesthesia Clinic.
• Recover patients following general, neuro, thoracic, interventional, radiology, and simple procedures and cases.
• Recover ICU patients in PACU, excluding open-heart cases.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips and manage patient care across Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery areas.
• Float between inpatient and outpatient PACU, the Surgery Center, and the Anesthesia Clinic as department needs require.
