Casey’s Landscaping & Design is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance & Installation Crew Member to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with hands-on landscaping experience who can confidently handle lawn maintenance equipment while also assisting with landscape and hardscape projects.

Responsibilities include:

● Operating zero-turn mowers

● String trimming and edging

● Stick edging/trimming

● Hedge and shrub trimming

● Operating blowers and other small-engine landscaping equipment

● Maintaining a clean, professional appearance on customer properties

● Plant and shrub installation

● Mulch and landscape bed installation

● Assisting with paver, hardscape, and other landscape construction projects

● Loading/unloading materials, equipment, and tools

● Performing general landscape maintenance and project work as needed

Ideal Candidate:

● Has previous professional landscaping or lawn maintenance experience

● Is comfortable operating zero-turn mowers and small-engine equipment

● Knows proper mowing, edging, string trimming, and hedge-trimming techniques

● Is willing to learn and assist with landscaping and hardscape projects

● Can perform physically demanding outdoor work

● Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship

● Works well as part of a crew and can follow instructions

● Treats customers and their properties professionally

● Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
