Lead Software Engineer (Java / BPM / Kafka)
Location: Pittsburgh, Dallas, Columbus, Strongsville, Charlotte, Phoenix ( Onsite)
Role Description
Seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design and deliver enterprise applications. The role involves providing technical leadership, guiding development teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams to define solutions and drive successful delivery.
- Drive technical design, code quality, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Primary Skills (Must Have)

| Java & Spring Boot | Advanced | Strong experience building enterprise applications, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. |
| Business Process Management (BPM) | Advanced | Hands-on experience with BPM platforms such as Camunda, IBM BAW, Pega, or similar workflow automation tools. |
| Apache Kafka | Advanced | Extensive experience designing event-driven architectures, messaging solutions, and Kafka-based integrations. |
