Summary:
Provides personal secretarial, clerical and administrative support services such as preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, office coordination, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and conducting special projects as assigned. Duties require a thorough knowledge of supervisor's areas of responsibility in order to gather data and prepare reports, answer correspondence, conduct projects, etc. Interacts with Board Members, Medical Directors, Broward Health Executives, Community Leaders, etc.

Education:
Essential:

  • High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
  • Four years of related experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 360 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while performing duties and interacting with individuals highly sought after.
