Job Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience, plus a commision bonus. About Us: We are a leading class-action and complex litigation law firm based in Beverly Hills, CA. - Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Conduct interviews with potential clients, witnesses, and third parties
- Screen leads and assist with client sign-ups
- Organize new case files, including retainer agreements and supporting documents
- Conduct market research and assist in lead generation strategies
- Create and manage online ads (Google, social media, etc.)
- Support attorneys and staff with various legal administrative tasks
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proven intake or lead screening experience in a law firm or high-call-volume setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software
- Knowledge of legal office operations
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
