Administer tailored speech therapies targeting communication, language, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing difficulties.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and families to devise integrated care strategies.

Educate patients and their families to sustain progress beyond therapy sessions.

Occasionally support inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring consistent care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation following state, federal, and organizational standards.

Remain informed on the latest developments in your field through ongoing education and professional collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet ASHA-certified.

Possession of a state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days post-hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment techniques across all age groups, with proficiency in understanding both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
