This role works closely with the General Manager and leads press room personnel to maintain productivity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day press room operations Lead, support, and manage press room operators Train employees to become self-sufficient and highly proficient in their roles Troubleshoot and resolve press, tooling, and production issues Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met Maintain accurate records of jobs run, production output, and performance Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and issues Qualifications 2–4 years of manufacturing experience (press room or similar environment preferred) 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training is a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities Effective time management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to machinery and production equipment Requires adherence to safety standards and use of appropriate PPE #J-18808-Ljbffr WorkWave Staff
