HR Coordinator

Salary: $55,000-$68,000 Type: Direct Hire What your future day will look like: Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, system setup, orientation logistics, and employee records management. Maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Support benefits, leave administration, accommodations, and employee inquiries by providing timely and professional assistance. Review timekeeping records, identify discrepancies, and assist with payroll-related processes. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events, and workplace communications. Assist with recruiting coordination, reporting, process improvements, and special People Operations projects.
