Managing small to large scale projects to achieve timely improvements to SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics. Drive facility’s lean culture by supporting business process improvements through Continuous Improvement events. Assess and eliminate safety risks in the manufacturing environment and drive improvements to ergonomics throughout the production process. Establish production run rates, balance standard work, create smooth flow of material and finished product. Improve product quality by building quality control and mistake‑proofing into the manufacturing process. Drive cost reduction through improved labor efficiency, improved material utilization, reduced defect rates. Implement product changes through ECO process and support new product launches. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field. 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel, Project, Outlook; & AutoCAD. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
