Preferred Experience Experience hauling propane, butane, LPG, anhydrous ammonia, refined fuel, or other bulk liquid/gas commodities is strongly preferred but not required. Drivers with transferable tanker experience are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Safely transport propane and butane (UN1075) Deliver throughout Illinois and surrounding regional service areas Load product from terminals including: Morris, IL Lemont, IL Channahon, IL Safely load and unload tanker trailers using pumping equipment Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Complete electronic logs (ELDs) and shipping documentation Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements Maintain tanker equipment, valves, hoses, placards, and required PPE Provide outstanding customer service Schedule Regional/OTR operation based from the Chicago, Illinois area Typical schedule: 5 days out / 2 days home One weekend day availability required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Hazmat (H) endorsement required prior to hire Tanker (N) endorsement required prior to hire (Drivers holding the combined X endorsement are encouraged to apply.) Minimum two years of verifiable CDL‑A driving experience Safe driving record with no recent major safety violations or preventable accidents Ability to safely work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to safely handle hoses, pumping equipment, and required PPE, including face shields and cold‑weather protective gear Why DHT?
