Software Engineer

Realm is recruiting for a Unicorn ($1b+ valuation) CNCF company who are building cutting-edge products in the Cloud & AI Infra space.

We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Engineer to play a key role in developing a high-scale Kubernetes SaaS platform. This role requires experience with Go & Kubernetes custom resources.

In this role, you’ll:

• Design and build scalable infrastructure solutions with developer empathy in mind.
• Develop in Go, contributing to backend services and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with top engineers to create seamless experiences for Kubernetes users.
• Mentor and shape best practices in a rapidly growing engineering team.

Interview process: 4 stages

Compensation: Up to $210k + equity

Location: Remote (US & Canada)
