The traveler will provide nursing care to patients across the lifespan, focusing on obstetric and newborn care, per standards of practice and facility policy. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,296–$2,336 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Start date: 08/17/2026 Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, ~48 hours/week Facility/work setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital, Labor & Delivery Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients and newborns across labor, delivery, postpartum, and mother/baby care, adapting care to age and developmental needs. Monitor maternal and fetal status, perform assessments, administer medications and interventions per policy, and respond to obstetric emergencies per standards of care. Document patient information accurately in the Epic EMR; collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care. Develop and implement individualized care plans; educate patients and families on labor, delivery, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. Maintain infection control, safety, and quality measures; manage equipment and supply needs; participate in unit-based quality initiatives. Requirements Active New Hampshire RN license or compact license. New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate. Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience. Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience. Epic EMR experience. Active American Heart Association BLS certification. Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Own vehicle required.
