Dedicated Local Class A Driver – Touch Freight 100%

Home Daily | $7,500 Sign-On | $1,700 Avg/Wk ($83k Max) | 2 Consecutive Days Off

Hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated grocery fleet servicing IN, IL, and OH across the Central Indiana regional market . Enjoy predictable daily home time, steady local miles, and top-tier activity pay.

Position Highlights

Earnings: $1,700/week average (Top earners make $1,900/wk | $83,000/year cap)
CPM Scale: $0.63 (3–11 mos) | $0.65 (12–36 mos) | $0.67 (37–60 mos) | $0.69 (61+ mos)
Activity & Bonus Pay: $65 per trailer unload | $22 per stop | $15/hr breakdown & detention (after 2 hrs) | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus ($1,000 at 14 & 60 days; $1,250 at 180 days; $1,750 at 270 days; $2,500 at 365 days)
Home Time & Schedule: Home Daily with 2 consecutive days off | Assigned hourly start times (open shifts: 10 PM–Midnight or 2 AM–5 AM) | Mandatory 6th day during pre-holiday weeks
Freight & Lanes: Dedicated store deliveries across IN, IL, & OH | 1,400–1,600 miles/wk | 100% driver unload into store backrooms using a motorized pallet jack
Perks: Paid 1–2 day ride-along onboarding ($100/day) | Full benefits after 60 days | 24/7 on-site dispatch staff & mechanic support

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensing & Experience: Active Class A CDL & valid DOT Medical Card | Minimum 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
Location & Travel: Residence must fall within the Central Indiana hiring area | Personal transport required for daily DC commute (slip-seat setup)
Work Requirements: Physical capability for motorized pallet jack unloads | Flexible for night shifts, weekends, and mandatory holiday periods
Record: Clean MVR & background check ( Not SAP friendly )
