Project Manager with BIM (Revit) Proficiency

The Consulting Engineers Group IL (CEG-IL) is seeking a BIM Modeler/Project Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. Responsibilities Interpret architectural and structural construction documents Create fully parametric 3D models of precast building structures Interpret engineer’s sketches and calculations Prioritize goals and objectives, adhere to deadlines, and recommend and implement solutions for changes and improvements Uphold the highest quality of customer service; resolving problems, determining improvements and implementing change Interface with clients on inquiries Assist in meeting project objectives Maintain quality service by following organization standards Maintain safety by adhering to organization standards Attend meetings in‑house to present updates and status Review master drawings for accuracy/completion/presentation Handle or delegate all drawing coordination with A/E, GC or EOR Benefits Comprehensive Health Coverage : We offer competitive medical, dental, and vision plans to ensure our employees' well‑being. Qualifications Associate Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field (the candidate must possess equivalent combinations of technical training and experience). At least 3 years of Revit experience. Must be self‑motivated and have a desire for continued learning and personal growth. Must be highly detail oriented with excellent organization skills. Positive attitude toward project challenges. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field is preferred.
