What You’ll Do Install premium shutters, motorized systems, blinds, and custom drapery in luxury homes. Program and troubleshoot sophisticated motorization systems. What We’re Looking For Required Experience Proven expertise with shutters, motorization, blinds, and shades. 3+ years professional installation experience preferred. Essential Skills Professional demeanor with high‑end clientele. Detail‑oriented craftsman mentality. Physical ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs. Proficient with power tools and precision measuring. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Strong English communication skills. Tech‑savvy (Apple devices/apps).
