Job Title Implementation Specialist Support Location Mason, OH 45040 Duration 6 Months Pay Rate $26.31 per hour Start Date Immediate Compensation & Benefits We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position offers a compensation of $26.31 per hour; however, Belcan considers education, experience, geographic location, and discipline when extending an offer. Essential Job Functions Provide support to the Client Service Team to create client presentations, industry events/conferences, etc. Coordinate client visits to our facility. Handle routine correspondence, travel arrangements, maintain calendars, organize and schedule meetings, coordinate special events and answer calls. Use independent knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence. Research data and prepare responses for requesting persons/departments. Communicate data in a clear and concise manner to the requester and may recommend appropriate action. Develop, generate, and update reports (routine and non‑routine) to assist management in making decisions (e.g., renewal status reports). Complete and update appropriate records and files. Perform special projects as requested by management. Ensure confidentiality of privileged information. Respond personally to requests for information concerning office procedures. Determine which requests should be handled by management, professional staff, or another department. Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency with approved procedures and ensure appropriate authorization is obtained. Develop and maintain non‑routine reports (e.g., reference). Serve as a backup to other EyeMed assistants. Key Relationships Customers (brokers, accounts, consultants): frequent interactions with outside clients/brokers/consultants as support liaison, planning, scheduling. Client Service Management: assist in performance management, administrative support, coordination, communication, event planning. Executive Leadership Team: frequent interaction with EyeMed Leadership Team. Outside vendors: assist in planning, scheduling, and communication with vendors.
