Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively addressing their concerns Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day interactions and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and engineering, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our service offerings Develop and implement account-specific strategies to maximize revenue growth and client retention Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for management Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships Coordinate with the production team to ensure manufacturing processes align with client specifications and quality standards Manage client expectations and communicate project updates, timelines, and potential challenges effectively Organize and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for assigned accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive organic growth Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM system Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate new leads Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry best practices Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Outstanding customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent time management and organizational skills
