A Line Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of blending equipment to mix ingredients for production, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set Up and Operate Equipment: Responsible for setting up and operating blending machinery to mix ingredients accurately.
• Monitor Blending Process: Continuously monitor the blending process to ensure that the correct ingredients and amounts are used, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure that the blended product meets quality specifications and safety regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of blending operations, including ingredient amounts and production times, to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Sanitation and Safety: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the blending process, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience in a production role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and good communication skills are essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations is also important.
