We are seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks. This full-time position is a great opportunity to work alongside therapy professionals while helping support the daily needs of residents and the rehab department.

What You'll Do

• Assist with preparing therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions
• Escort and transport residents to and from the rehabilitation department
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces
• Help organize supplies and maintain a safe, orderly therapy environment
• Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Assist the rehabilitation team with general departmental tasks as needed
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with transporting residents and therapy equipment
• Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
