This position develops and implements recruitment strategies, manages an assigned territory, and guides students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment while supporting the University's mission and enrollment goals.## ## Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Recruit prospective undergraduate students within an assigned territory. • Conduct high school visits, college fairs, community events, and recruitment programs. • Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, counselors, and community partners. • Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process. • Provide information regarding academic programs, scholarships, financial aid, and student services. • Conduct campus visits and admissions appointments. • Communicate with prospective students through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings. • Maintain accurate recruitment records within the university CRM system. • Monitor territory performance and assist in meeting enrollment goals. • Collaborate with academic departments and campus offices to support recruitment efforts. • Represent Campbellsville University in a professional manner at all times. • Perform other duties as assigned.## Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree required. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. • Ability to build relationships with diverse populations. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to travel independently throughout assigned territories. • Commitment to student success and customer service.### About UsCampbellsville University is a comprehensive, Christian institution that offers non-credit technical programs, along with certificates, associates, undergraduate and graduate programs.
