STULZ AIR TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, INC. JOB DESCRIPTION Summary: General household cleaning of the interior and exterior of the building and maintaining supplies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• General household cleaning
• Restocking of supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one year related experience

Language Skills: Ability to read and understand English instructions Ability to speak effectively with employees of the organization

Mathematical Skills: Possess basic math skills of; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions
