Job OverviewThe Systems Programmer position will write, test, debug, and maintain code used to support applications, systems and services.This individual role will leverage experience to assist with providing guidance to systems team.This role is located onsite in Fargo, ND. Highlights of your roleWrite code, analyze and document programs across platforms in accordance with programming standardsTest code to be functional and match project scope requirementsDeliver project assignments on-timeSuccessfully lead projects through completion, either independently or within a teamUtilize appropriate development tools and version control software for source code managementApply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills and knowledge of best practices to support system teamProvide excellent customer service to support in-house applications and assist with trainingMaintain and assist with design of application related database tablesDesign and maintain coding guidelinesMentor new programmers to follow consistent coding guidelinesYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)Relevant associate degree preferred or a comparable level of knowledge and skill gained through relevant work experience3-5 years’ experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python and T-SQL preferred along with experience using web technologies HTML, CSS, PHP and WicketWillingness and ability to remain current on changes in the industry through continuing educational activitiesWe invite you to See Yourself at MarvinFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
