Shift: Per Request Needed, 1-2 days a week, 4:00PM-8:00PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings and accurately communicate product information to customers. Respond to questions, orders, and concerns, and educate customers on coffee products.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Set up and breakdown coffee bar, stations or store including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab and go items, service ware and condiments.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of all Bistro equipment and assist with troubleshooting in event of equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Retail, food service and/or customer service experience required.
• Knowledge as a Barista or equivalent experience desirable.
• Strong numerical skills and demonstrated accuracy and consistency in cash handling.

Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications:

• Illinois Certified Sanitation Certificate or equivalent desirable.
