Project Manager IPrimary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Project Manager I with our large power and utilities client in Plainfield, IN. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.Pay: $53.00 - $63.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.Description: Primarily support the Transmission project management or Transmission development and estimating organizations with all project throughput tasks including but not limited to communicating, tracking, organizing, forecasting, project metric reporting, trend analysis and variance reporting.Responsibilities:Development meeting (Word/SharePoint)Take NotesSend out agendaSend out summaryAction Item TrackerDev Project Tracker (Excel/SharePoint)Add projects as they come inUpdate statusMove projects to hand off/cancelled tabVerify data (sponsor, funding, etc)GLT Project TrackerAdd projectsAdd/remove individual poles based on info from stakeholdersUpdate statusMove projects to hand off/cancelled tabVerify dataSWORD All Access (Internal Risk Software)PCT All Access (Internal Project Creation Software)DPN GenerationSharePointManage AccessMaintain siteAutomate site/create workflowsPowerBIMaintain Departmental PowerBIs and understand how to navigateEconomic Development AssistantTrack requestsCoordinate delivery of estimates/schedulesGenerate one pager proposals with info from stakeholdersManage Emergent ProjectsAssist with GLT Project DevelopmentAssist with Program DevelopmentInterface with Portfolio Manager to ensure data coordination and movement of cashflowsBackground: Someone with technical experience (utilities/transmission etc) would be very beneficialMust Have Technical Skills:ExcelMacrosPivot TablesWordSharePointMaintain Departmental PowerBIs and understand how to navigateVery Nice To Have:PowerAutomatePowerBI developmentEducation Requirement:Associates required, Bachelor's preferredMobility:Hybrid (Tue, Wed, Thu in office; Mon, Fri remote)Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
