Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Meat Cutter to join our team in Wilmington, MA . This position is ideal for someone with experience in meat cutting who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering quality products to customers.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats according to company standards and customer specifications
- Utilize proper cutting techniques while maintaining product quality and consistency
- Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory within the meat department
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked meat displays
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Keep workstations, equipment, and the department clean and organized
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and answer product questions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient department operations
Qualifications
- Previous meat cutting experience required
- Knowledge of a variety of meat cutting techniques and equipment
- Ability to successfully complete a meat cutting skills assessment prior to employment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to lift and move products and work in refrigerated environments
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
