Clinical Therapist - Outpatient Mental Health
Location: Batavia, NY | Amherst/Buffalo, NY | Lackawanna, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday | 37.5 hours/week | Flexible 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to children, adults, and families. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing behavioral health support.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Coordinate care with community providers and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain a caseload of approximately 8-9 client sessions per day .
Qualifications
Education
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of behavioral health or social work experience (internship experience considered).
Licensure
NYS LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMHC-P, Licensed Psychologist, or other OMH-approved license.
