We move fast, operate with extreme ownership, and build at the frontier of applied AI.We're looking for a Product Manager Intern who is excited about AI, enterprise software, and building products that solve real-world business problems.This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with product, engineering, design, and leadership teams to help shape the future of AI-powered enterprise automation. You'll gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle—from customer discovery and market research to defining requirements and launching new features.You'll have meaningful ownership, work closely with experienced product leaders, and contribute to products used by some of the world's largest organizations.What You'll DoSupport product discovery efforts through customer research, competitive analysis, and market insights.Partner with engineers and designers to define product requirements and user experiences.Help translate customer needs into product specifications and user stories.Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Participate in roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional product discussions.Assist with feature launches, documentation, and go-to-market planning.Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential application to enterprise workflows.Take ownership of a project or product area and present recommendations to company leadership.What We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Curiosity about AI, enterprise software, and technology products.Ability to break down ambiguous problems and think systematically.Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.Nice to HavePrior internship experience in product management, consulting, software engineering, design, or a related field.Experience conducting user research or analyzing data.Familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or enterprise software.Technical background or ability to communicate effectively with engineers.What You'll LearnHow AI-native products are designed, built, and launched.Product strategy and roadmap development.Customer discovery and user research techniques.Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.Startup execution, prioritization, and decision-making.The fundamentals of building enterprise-grade software products.Why Tessera LabsWork on cutting-edge AI products solving complex enterprise challenges.Learn directly from experienced founders, operators, and AI leaders.Gain real ownership and impact from day one.Collaborate with a highly technical and customer-focused team.Build products at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise systems.Location: San Jose, CA or Remote (U.S.)Duration: 10–12 weeksHours: Up to 40 hours per weekStart Date: Summer/Fall 2026 (flexible)Tessera Labs is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds and experiences.
